DESCRIPTION:Person centred planning is the collective term for a family of planning styles (Mount 1992): \n\nDiscovering who people are\nActively searching for a person gifts and capacities in the context of community life\nStrengthening the voice of the person\nDefining desirable changes people want and/or need\n\nMAPS and PATH are person centred planning tools that uses both process and graphic facilitation to create a shared vision of a positive future. \nThis two day training creates the opportunity for participants to explore the values of person centredness and develop new tools for planning. \nParticipants will have the opportunity to explore facilitation\, graphic recording and a strong understanding of the processes. \nEach participant will also have the opportunity to be a “path finder” and do some planning of their own. \nIf you want to learn more about the tools and to facilitate MAPS and PATH\, then this is for you! \n  \nPATH is a creative planning tool which starts in the future and works backwards\, to an outcome of first (beginning) steps that are possible and positive. It is excellent for team building. It is loved by people who actually want to change the ways they currently work. PATH is not for the faint of heart. It is very results oriented. \n  \nMAPS is a planning process for people and organisations that begins with the persons story. Maps has a series of questions that ask a person/organisation to tell us some of the milestones on their journey\, so we can get to know them\, dream with them\, and begin to build a plan to move in the direction of their dreams. \n  \nWHEN:  \n14th and 15th March 2023 \n  \n*Please NOTE – It is important you attend both days as each day is a prerequisite for the next. \nAt the completion of the 2 days you will receive a certificate. \n  \n9am to  4pm each day \n\n\n			\n		\n			\n			DOWNLOAD FLYER
