WAiS welcomes applications for membership from Individuals (a person who has a disability, chronic illness or a mental illness, or a family member who is the carer of a person with a disability, chronic illness or a mental illness, or who is frail) and Organisation’s (a not-for-profit or for-profit organisation whose demonstrated activity and service philosophy is individualised service planning and delivery), who support the Objects of WAiS and are committed to the principles of Self-Direction.
Membership applications must be completed and submitted together with supporting documentation where applicable to the Chief Executive Officer.
