Are you an NDIS service provider in a regional or remote area?
Do you want to make sense of the NDIS Commission Quality and Safeguards framework?
Do you understand what your responsibilities are in order to meet the NDIS Commission quality and safety requirements?
Do you have any questions about the code of conduct, complaints and incident management, workforce screening or positive behaviour support and restrictive practises?
We have a designated WAIS team ready to assist regional and remote service providers to transition to the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission.
Our support could include one to one support (face to face or remotely), workshops, mentoring, accessing to consultants, resource development.
There is no cost to eligible NDIS service providers. This support is funded by Department of Communities, Disability Services.
To complement the WAiS involvement, National Disability Services (NDS) are providing support to all disability sector organisations in metropolitan Perth and Western Australian Association for Mental Health (WAAMH) are assisting psychosocial disability service providers across WA.
