Planning Area 3 – Who am I?

Planning Area 3 – Who am I?

Who you are, what is important to and for you and what makes a good life for you, is another key foundation of good planning. The 'Who am I' area is a good starting point when thinking about planning and complement Person Centred Planning approaches.

In this planning area, you will explore a number of questions that build a wonderful picture of who you are. You can then use these to think about any new or different things you would like to try in your life.
